1. Open Task Manager to check whether the Apowersoft Online Launcher has been launched or not.
2. Usually, the launcher will run automatically when its installed. Could you please check whether the launcher has been blocked by firewall or other security applications on your computer or not?

Same thing here, It worked a few days ago last time i tried to launch it, it said error. I didnt really care so i pressed the X button and went on with my life. Today i tried to open it and it just said download launcher I pressed download it said error replacing files So i deleted my laptop account and made a new one and tried it again, Same issue. So then i deleted it completely (uninstalled it) And tried downloading it again, It downloaded without any error but still would not launch. Please help. Reply

I have the same problem in my MacBook Pro. The launcher doesn't works anymore, Everytime a message saying: Dowload launcher appears and the app for recording is never launched, I have even uninstalled the antivirus, turning off the firewall, reinstalled the launcher and nothing.
Unfortunately, using the desktop version doesn't helps because allows only 3 minutes of recording and the tools bar is very big, the online versions was much better.

1. Open Task Manager to check whether the Apowersoft Online Launcher has been launched or not.
2. Usually, the launcher will run automatically when its installed. Could you please check whether the launcher has been blocked by firewall or other security applications on your computer or not?

Same thing here, It worked a few days ago last time i tried to launch it, it said error. I didnt really care so i pressed the X button and went on with my life. Today i tried to open it and it just said download launcher I pressed download it said error replacing files So i deleted my laptop account and made a new one and tried it again, Same issue. So then i deleted it completely (uninstalled it) And tried downloading it again, It downloaded without any error but still would not launch. Please help. Reply

I have the same problem in my MacBook Pro. The launcher doesn't works anymore, Everytime a message saying: Dowload launcher appears and the app for recording is never launched, I have even uninstalled the antivirus, turning off the firewall, reinstalled the launcher and nothing.
Unfortunately, using the desktop version doesn't helps because allows only 3 minutes of recording and the tools bar is very big, the online versions was much better.
